I called this company on Memorial Day and left a message about needing service. The next day I called again and was told they would call me when service man was on his way. No call all day. I called the next day and was told the same. I asked to speak to Archie; to this day no one has called me. I called another company and got service within four hours.
Fast and friendly service! I called Archie’s to fix some outlets in our new house after our builder gave me the number. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. We were lucky that the electricians were working on a house down the street and showed up right away. They were also very friendly and had the problem fixed in no time.
They need to tell their drivers to move from the fast lane. This guy never moved!!
