We have been waiting for months for them to finish the electrical work on our new house so we can move in. The owner never answers the telephone and never returns phone calls.
Archie’s was the only Electrical Company that responded to my inquiry in a timely manner. They fixed the grounding at my home in Laguna Vista. It was not an easy fix given that the Builder/Developer did not use the right grounding rod (used rebar) and the disintegrating rod was in cased in the cement walk way. He figured out a way to repair and not to break the cement walkway. The repair was completed in a few days … had to order the grounding rod. Also he did not charge me an exorbitant price for the repair.
I felt bad leaving this negative review, but apparently its a common thing. The person driving unit 132 on 6/24/2023 at 12:45 almost crashed into my wife and I. It felt like it was done on purpose because he swerved into my a few feet Infront of me and then proceeded to hit the brakes. Absolutely screw these people.
