First off Alex and his son are wonderful individuals and did a great job fixing an electrical short underneath my tile as well as rerouting and installing new wiring at my residence. Tile work was very well done wouldn’t know there was any water damage. But when it comes to financial responsibility it’s been almost a few months since the damage occurred and i have been completely ignored I’m out quite a lot of money several thousand dollars in fact the insurance companies refuse to reimburse there is no paperwork. Shame on you Alex.
