Chad was a wonderful tech. He showed me the issues and concerns, explained why they were a concern and informed me of the process to address these issues. We've struggled for over a year to find a reputable and knowledgeable hvac company to fix our heating issues with our Carrier system. After spending close to 1k no one was able to fix it. So after several terrible experiences with other hvac companies we called Barrett. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! They sent Chad and he was so professional, explained each step, didn't rush through the job and even offered to return right away if it shut down. It did shut down but he returned right away and dug further into the unit and found the problem. He showed us pictures and we're so pleased now that we know what was the problem and that it got fixed. We highly recommend them and even signed up for the maintenance plan so our unit will be serviced by them 2 x year.
