The water heater at my parents home broke and needed to be replaced. I tried calling every plumber to get different quotes, and I came across C & S Plumbing. Gary Starr answers the phone and from the very start he was very polite and so helpful, I was sold. For the water heater and labor, he charged us a very fair price and did such an amazing job. I 10/10 recommend Gary to anyone! Look NO further.

Gary Starr of C & S Plumbing was hired by my next door neighbors LeAnn & Jim Volk (located at 5744 Mira Grande 79912) to install a water heater in their home. Instead, Mr. Starr and his workers got on MY roof and damaged my water heater ventilation, thinking he was removing my neighbor's old one. I told Mr. Starr and his crew to get off my roof and he agreed to pay for the damages. The cost of the damages to my water heater and roof, which my own contractor fixed, was $391.65 for labor and $124.56 for parts. The incident occurred on Friday June 19, 2020. Since then, C & S Plumbing has refused to pay for the damage to my roof. I have filed a police report as well as a small claims petition against this business. Do not use or hire this company as they do nothing but damage property.
