Absolutely wonderful! very polite, professional and helpful. It is so refreshing to find a business that WANTS you as a customer. I'm a DIYer so the best thing was they never made my questions sound stupid because I'm not a professional Plumber/tradesman like Ferguson or Passage or the infamous Border supply (worst in town by far!). I will certainly go back again and again. * Hint : park in back behind chain link fence. Your soccer mom van will look great next to all the plumbing vans and trucks who park there like they own the place! Ha ha ha! They're a little off the path but well worth the trip!

I was helped by a lady who made everything possible to help me, I'am too dumb to explain myself and was not able to speak with the manufacturer of the water heater, which was under warranty. Well the lady (Liz) help me all the way to negotiate the exchange. Every body else were very nice people including the young man in shipping. Recommend this place fully.

For a plumbing supply disappointed they didn't have the part I needed. "Even if C&L Plumbing Supply Co. Inc. doesn't have what you are looking for, we can order it!" What a joke, it was much easier for the lady in the front to just say no.
