I did not purchase a service or go to them, but I called asking for help with my Ford, and they were kind, prompt, and courteous. I know I will come back to the shop should I need help with electrical issues in a vehicle. Excellent service and phone manners!

Took it to fix 2 windows take a look at my radio cable and to check my obd2 port: Couldnt fix one window. Wanted to replace the motor of the other window that I know the motor works. Couldnt pull the radio out And my obd2 port turns out was working fine. They charge 10 dollars per day they have it there that they deem your car is done and in their way.( but they dont tell you that until it's been one day) Wanted 75 bucks plus 10 per day all so that he could only tell me that the obd2 port works fine and that he couldnt fix 1 window or pull my radio out or wanted to needlessly replace a motor of another window. DONT DO IT PERIOD

Dropped off an alternator for 05 expedition for rebuild. Had it back in in less than 4 days. Installed this past Friday and seems to be working well. Will definitely keep Franco's in mind for future repairs like this.
