I called on 2/27/23 and spoke to Monique to have someone come and look at my roof as it had sustained damage from the winds. She told me she could have someone come out on Wednesday 3/1/23 in the afternoon between 4pm-6pm and that I would get a call 30 minutes before to let me know they were on their way. I took time off from work to be home between those hours and nobody showed up. I called 5 times and nobody answered. I know you all are busy right now with a lot of roofs being damaged, but it does not take a lot to do a courtesy call or even text to let the person know you won't make it. As of right now, I still haven't received a call to apologize for the no show. Glad I'm taking my business elsewhere.

HG Contractors completed the work in a timely and professional manner. Their knowledge in working with my house insurance company was remarkable!
