Rudy, Chris, Aurelio were so professional and fantastic. They helped get to the root of my problem in my home with my electrical panel and some wiring after a year of going in circles. They were very timely and knowledgable of the situation and going through the whole house, they were kind enough to explain the situation in terms to someone who knows nothing about electrical to help me understand what the problem was. They gave me a letter to show to my utility provider to have them understand what they needed to fix on their end. I explained to Rudy ive had some bad expereince with a few past electricians, where non of them were able to tell me what the problem was in my home nor were they professional towards women. Rudy was shocked when i told him i had to turn off some major appliences just to turn on others, and was very kind to work out some financial stuff with me to give a very generous discount for the emergency service that i needed in my home.
