I called to make an appointment for a quote. The appointment was for 04/13/2023 between 1:00-4:00 pm. The office called the day before to confirm the appointment. No one called or showed for the time period I had blocked. I called the office and the office states someone tried to call me several time and I would not answer. This is not true and I'm happy to provide my call logs. I lost time at work and got nowhere closer to have my issue resolved.

Had a great experience with Rob Torres my project manager. The entire company and employees (Valeria,Adam,Joe and Irving) treated us with the upmost respect from start to finish! We love our new Roof and getting compliments from our neighbors already! Thank you iRGO ROOFING for the wonderful experience. Highly Recommend
