Complete roof replacement due to hail and wind, plus other work. To follow is my experience with and opinion of Legacy Construction in El Paso, Texas. I contacted Legacy Construction because of their Better Business Bureau rating. Matt arrived to review the damage as promised, and on time. These days, I find this to be rare, especially in this area. I found Matt to be very knowledgeable, as he quickly deciphered the multiple-page technical specifications and drawings supplied by the insurance company while we sat in my living room. He then patiently worked with my insurance and me, even while I was traveling. When all parties were in agreement over the work and costs, Matt recommend a color for the shingles that I wouldn't have otherwise considered. He also recommended an approach to reduce heat transfer on a flat portion of the roof. In retrospect, I'm glad I listened on both counts - I've never been happier with the color, and the flat-roof portion of the house, the master bedroom,

Complete waste of my time. Would not recommend this company. To be fair , I guess I am lucky they showed themselves before we started working together. That would have been a complete nightmare. Stay away.

I would highly recommend them, very professional. Explain the repairs to the detail and recommended what needed to be done with different type of materials. Options were given with great value of the type off service Legacy Construction offers.
