Albert was very helpful, understanding, and professional! He explained the entire process and answered our questions. We had a water heater leak, and he replaced it with his crew and educated us on its features. We highly recommend!! 5 stars!
This company was amazing from beginning to end. Communication was excellent which I truly appreciate. Prices were great as well. Albert is who I spoke with to set up an appt and get a quote. He was very professional. Knowledgeable and has great customer service. Ivan is the tech that came to my house. He is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. What he wasn't sure about he made sure to ask Albert and get an answer for me on the spot. I felt they are also very honest about things. Overall my experience with this company was AMAZING !!!!! I will definitely call them back for other projects and will recommend to anyone needing a plumber. Thank you so much Liberty Plumbing for such a great experience.
