On the the day before Thanksgiving, we lost power to the living area of our home. I tried to reset the switch at our panel but that did not solve the problem. I called Liza Tovar and had no expectations that my problem could be addressed by the end of the week, much less that day. After explaining the problem to Liza, she said that "you don't want to be worrying about this on Thanksgiving". She told me that she would make sure that someone would be by before the end of the day. Three hours later her electricians knocked on the door and within the hour, electricity was restored! I waited sometimes 2 months for my appt. After many phone calls, texts and e-mails, I was lied to again and again. I asked my bill be adjusted to the 2 working items. I was told they would make it right. Instead, I was sent to collections. I was left with 5 non working outlets and 2 non working toggle switches, that I paid over $50 for new equipment. I used them and waited for them and my 4th time I was really screwed over. Think about using them because it happened to me. I would have gladly paid for the working equipment, had my bill been adjusted but instead I paid several hundreds for non working equipment just to pay another qualified electrician. In a time of covid, where contractors are usually either no calls or no shows, Liza's Tovar Electric is the opposite. I called this afternoon and they came the same afternoon! Fixed my outdoor outlet and did it quickly. The guys that came out were really nice and let me know what the problem was and fixed it. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
