I waited sometimes 2 months for my appt. After many phone calls, texts and e-mails, I was lied to again and again. I asked my bill be adjusted to the 2 working items. I was told they would make it right. Instead, I was sent to collections. I was left with 5 non working outlets and 2 non working toggle switches, that I paid over $50 for new equipment. I used them and waited for them and my 4th time I was really screwed over. Think about using them because it happened to me. I would have gladly paid for the working equipment, had my bill been adjusted but instead I paid several hundreds for non working equipment just to pay another qualified electrician.
