Milliken Construction & Restoration

I am currently deployed. My wife submitted a claim through insurance for roof leak. They were quick to get there and install equipment to dry out. Failed to come on follow up appointment to check if walls were damp but failed to show up through the weekend. Even though they didn’t show up they are attempting to charge me for their equipment being left at my home through the weekend. After a couple of weeks of attempting to call from Iraq and voiced my concerns, I was finally able to talk to someone that said they would make adjustments and submit an updated invoice. Over two weeks later I have yet to receive an updated invoice nor have I been able to reach the person I spoke with. Hopefully when I get back from my deployment I don’t see my credit impacted from their erroneous charges!

Milliken"s Water Restoration- services are top notch. Josh and Sebastian were out right away, communicated with my insurance company to make sure I was taken care of. Both communicated with me through the entirety of the job so I was never wonder what the next steps were. I highly recommend this team!!!
