Milliken Construction & Restoration

We were told our en-suite renovation would take approximately 1 month. It took 6 months. Materials were in place before the job started, so supply issues were not a problem. Every step of the way things were done poorly necessitating them to be redone, sometimes 3 times. At one point the bathroom had a leak causing some flooding on a weekend. We called their emergency number and other numbers, left messages, texts, etc. No one returned our calls, as the problem got worse. At one point during the renovation Ted Milliken called and said he would come out and check the workmanship, he never did. 6 months for a 1 month job. UPDATE: Nov. 12/22 Thank you for resolving our problems, much appreciated.

I am currently deployed. My wife submitted a claim through insurance for roof leak. They were quick to get there and install equipment to dry out. Failed to come on follow up appointment to check if walls were damp but failed to show up through the weekend. Even though they didn’t show up they are attempting to charge me for their equipment being left at my home through the weekend. After a couple of weeks of attempting to call from Iraq and voiced my concerns, I was finally able to talk to someone that said they would make adjustments and submit an updated invoice. Over two weeks later I have yet to receive an updated invoice nor have I been able to reach the person I spoke with. Hopefully when I get back from my deployment I don’t see my credit impacted from their erroneous charges!

We had a pipe leak in the house again recently. I have turned to Milliken in the past so didn’t hesitate to call them immediately. We asked for Cecy who we knew would manage the repair process quickly and efficiently. She is awesome to work with and had the job done without delay. It is reassuring to know she and the company are responsive, easy to communicate with and do quality work. They are fabulous and we highly recommend their services!
