They came late Friday evening to give me a free estimate. We talked over everything they were going to do and what I wanted. Gil was a TOTAL professional and very knowledgable, helping us figure out our problem and clearly explaining options. He gave us the exact service we needed. I’m retired, but if I were still in business, I would hire Gil Flores Jr in a heartbeat to work for me. There are too few really total professionals who really care about the Customer anymore, but Gil Flores Jr. does care and is outstanding.

Very professional and patient. Was worried about my mom being by herself and to find out that she was beyond happy and felt really comfortable with everything on how the problem and my mom were treated.
