Gina at dispatch responded immediately to our call and Gil Flores Jr. arrived shortly thereafter. Gil was a TOTAL professional and very knowledgable, helping us figure out our problem and clearly explaining options. He gave us the exact service we needed. I’m retired, but if I were still in business, I would hire Gil Flores Jr in a heartbeat to work for me. There are too few really total professionals who really care about the Customer anymore, but Gil Flores Jr. does care and is outstanding.
They came late Friday evening to give me a free estimate. We talked over everything they were going to do and what I wanted. There showed up a little after 8 am earlier then the have said finished in 3.5 hours and I was able to make my son football game. Thank you Gilbert for doing a great job.
