They're not concerned about the customer's wishes and in my case they completely ignored me. They gave me a decent price quote to put the A/C on the roof, only to get half way through their work and put the A/C on the side-drive way, effectively wasting 20ft of space to park a trailer or another vehicle. They made this change without consulting me, because they saw me leave to get lunch real quick. When I got back they were already laying concrete for the A/C in my driveway. This happened even after I told them I could compromise to put the A/C somewhere else, as long as it was not there because I made the investment of an additional drive way, which is now partially useless. They also didn't properly seal the old swamp-cooler fixtures because they started leaking water a couple days later. They also shut off the water to one of the bathroom sinks because it was connected to the swamp-cooler, rather than installing a new valve, which was another expense I needed to take care of myself.
