One Stop Roofers

Art came out to give us an estimate on a ;new roof and then installed it. Our home is heavily insulated as well as the garage and garage door because we had proper ventilation. Heat build up after he installed the roof on the house and garage were extreme because of the lack of venting on the roof, so we called and texted him to take care of the problem and when he did finally text us back, he said he would be out and never showed up. This happened twice. He ignores our calls and has yet to come out. It has been about a month and still no resolution. I believe that he cut corners on the venting to make more money. I would have given this roofer no stars, but it wouldn’t allow me to post this complaint. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this roofer to even install a roof on a dog house! BEWARE!!!!!!
