Our air conditioning unit is located in the attic and droplets of water had started forming on our ceiling. Based on their pristine record, we contacted One Way H&C. Bottom Line, they scheduled to see us that same day and Mike fixed the problem. He then inspected the rest of the cooling unit and did some additional maintenance. Both Mike and his associate were friendly and knowledgeable. Their fee was very reasonable. This is the type of company and the type of repairmen you hope to get when you have an issue. The only reason I didn't check "on time" is because Mike and his crew were actually early! If you've been in El Paso any length of time, you know that's rare:). I can't say enough about how GRATEFUL I am for Mike. I've encountered a few angels that God sent my way since moving here and Mike is one of them. I have 2 units, one hadn't worked since I bought the house and the other one was in need of refrigerant. Well, the one needing refrigerant died over the weekend, and I had been told that I was going to have to replace both units. Mike stepped up, fixed both units and got me approved for financing for the repair. Now my home is cooler than it's ever been. My family and I are eternally grateful. Excellent service, highly recommend!!!

This company will be my goto in the future. My unit was not engaging and they came out within an hour. After 2 hours of troubleshooting they diagnosed the problem and fixed it without a charge. They said it was a very trivial fix. It didn't require new parts. So they didn't charge me. Now I know that it not usual, but that was very honorable. A different company might have charged me, then again, that's why this company is now on my speed dial!!! Thanks again!????????
