I got an appointment just for an estimate to install a new AC unit since part of my home was not getting cool enough. Mike and Juan showed up on time and they adjusted my vents to provide more airflow. I might not even need an additional unit after their visit, they were really honest, professional and knowledgeable.

I’ve found my go to A/C repair company! I had a bad condensate pump and since my A/C was still cooling, I was ok with and expecting to wait a few days for someone to come out. Imagine my pleasant surprise when One Way said they could come out same day! From the get go, the woman I spoke with to set up the appointment was very professional and helpful and she was very transparent about a potential cost for the service call. She made me feel at ease when setting up the appointment and I appreciated her candidness. Secondly, Antwan and Miguel came out, even before they were scheduled to and got right to work. They were polite and professional, but also noted my Green Bay Packers paver out front, which I thought was a nice customer service touch. They walked me through everything and were done in maybe 30 minutes. I could not have asked for a better experience!!

This company provided amazing service! The Assistant who took my call and the technicians who came out to service my AC were amazing! My AC was not working properly, and they came out within the hour of my call. They were quick straight to the point and extremely informative. Their extended, high-quality customer service led us to sign up for their yearly maintenance plan. We look forward to seeing them again for our fall maintenance appointment.
