Awesome experience. Our water heater gave out, I called around different places, but Pronto Plumbers was the best. Receptionist was helpful and happy to help. They came same-day, had the most competitive quote and installed same-day. All workers were professional, kind, and courteous. Glad to know about this little gem. Thank you!

I used pronto plumbers about 20 years ago, and they were honest and courteous then, so today when I had huge problem with the main line and water everywhere inside my house, I tried them first. The call wasn’t guaranteed because they had a busy morning and close at 2:00, so I added my name to the queue but shopped around. In case the couldn’t come. I called a few places. One guy was grumpy on the phone and at another place the receptionist never returned my call when I asked for an hourly price. I got worried with all of the bad reviews at those places and decided to hope they could fit me in or just wait till Monday. Pronto Plumbers were excellent 20 years later as well! The person answering the call was extremely courteous, cheerful and helpful. The two gentlemen who came to fix my problem, Victor and Ivan, were profesional and courteous as well. Pronto Plumbers charge a flat hourly rate for the first hour so I was a little apprehensive about the job would going over the hour... The

I called and they sent someone out within an hour and a half. The two men were very courteous and professional. They did a great job, quick and clean. I asked and also recieved a senior discount. Thanks Pronto.
