Great Service! Quick Response to call within 40 minutes. Took less than an hour to finish work. Excellent Customer Service “Service with a Smile”, licensed plumber. Without a doubt, I would call him again. Reasonable price as well. Very pleased with the service over all.
Ricardo answered him phone and immediately scheduled me for the following day. He was punctual and did a great job helping trouble shoot our problem. Had Zia plumbing tell me my drain was not draining due to incorrect pitch. They wanted $1500 for a repiping. Richy came and correctly trouble shoot the problem that I had a clogged drain outside the house. In addition to snaking the drain he also put in the camera to find the problem. Would definitely recommend him and use him again.
Richy was extremely responsive from the get go and once he came out to my home he was able to find the issue right away. Extremely professional throughout the entire process and I appreciate that he took the time to explain the issue and what needed to be done. I definitely will be keeping his number handy for any potential future issues and definitely recommend his services. Thank You again Ricardo.
