Ricardo answered him phone and immediately scheduled me for the following day. He was punctual and did a great job helping trouble shoot our problem. Had Zia plumbing tell me my drain was not draining due to incorrect pitch. They wanted $1500 for a repiping. Richy came and correctly trouble shoot the problem that I had a clogged drain outside the house. In addition to snaking the drain he also put in the camera to find the problem. Would definitely recommend him and use him again.

We had a minor issue with our toilet in the main bathroom. Ricardo responded quickly and treated the issue with the same respect as a major job. He came out the next day and provided us a reasonable quote on the job. He offered to let us check around and said if we selected him he would do the job the same day. We went with him and he did the work quickly and you couldn’t even tell he was in the house working. He is very thorough and will answer any questions you have.
