When working with representative, he was attentive, courteous and professional. The owner, Mr. Luna was the same up until the time we provided him with the last payment; the courtesies ended (via text). The work was done timely and cleanliness was about 80%, the flower/shrub beds were not cleaned out completely. We had two HD antennas on the roof that were removed and not put back per the insurance claim estimate. They did not offer to put back when roof was completed. One their roofers said that we should NOT have anything like this on the roof, so we gave them away. Once I reread the estimate and contract, it was clearly stated that they would be removed and put back where they were. It was clear to me that this was not communicated to the person in charge. I think this is something that needs to be communicated clearly to the customer at the conclusion of the job that they were replaced per estimate.
