Dependable work, timely scheduling. Have now used twice for different work over past year. They are my new plumbing-service company as far as I'm concerned.

The gentleman that came to my house was very helpful. He explained every question I had. Reasonable prices and great customer service.

I called them yesteday, 20SEP at 2 PM because I had broken a cartridge in my bathtub, and had to have the water main turned off. I was told they would find me a technician, call me back with the details, and get them out to my place as quickly as possible. 30 minutes later, I had not heard from them at all, and when I called, there was no answer. I received a call back a few minutes later and was told a technician would be at my house around 4:30 PM. I told them that I would need to leave at 4:45 to pick up my kids and I would be back no later than 5:15. They said they'd try to get them there sooner. They called me at 4 PM and told me the tecnician was on the way. I called them at 4:45 and they told me the technician would be there waiting on me when I got back from picking up my kids. I called at 5:04 when I got back and they told me he'd be there in 10 minutes. I called at 6 PM and they were closed. This is not "dependable". This wasted an entire afternoon that I
