In our opinion, the job had many setbacks. JJ, Alan & the company never gave up and continued to troubleshoot until everything was perfect. They were always good natured and professional despite drawbacks. However, five months later, we still do not have a working air conditioner. He was able to quickly and efficiently diagnose the problem with my air conditioning unit and he had the parts available on hand to repair it. I am absolutely thankful for Jesus D. He went to the house much earlier than the initial appointment (yes, I was asked if it was ok). He not only fix my AC but explain to me what was wrong and what was needed in detail. He was very respectful and professional. He also gave me advice because of my cats.
