The Air Conditioning Company - El Paso

In our opinion, the job had many setbacks. JJ, Alan & the company never gave up and continued to troubleshoot until everything was perfect. They were always good natured and professional despite drawbacks. However, five months later, we still do not have a working air conditioner. Start to finish everything was fabulous. I was super lucky they had had a cancellation & were able to provide service same day. When it's 108 outside and the AC isn't working....I'm so thankful for the quick service. Jesus was the technician. He was able to identify the problem and fix it on the same day. My prior company couldn't fit me in for 2 weeks! I was so impressed with the customer service...I signed up for their service plan. They have one more very happy customer! Service: A/C system repair
