Worked with Leo Rodriguez to order and set up the installation of the solar panels. Mr. Rodriguez was very responsive to all questions asked during the process, and provided thorough answers to keep my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend TriSmart and Mr. Rodriguez to fulfill and solar energy needs that you have. 8/2/2023 - Had an issue with one panel not working, TriSmart came out the next day to fix it. Great customer service!

Everything seemed good at first, the price was good with low monthly payments. $87 a month you can’t beat that but a year later, I found out that I was just paying interest and now my total price is over the purchase price. The bank they use is a scam, just use a bank you’re comfortable with. The company doesn’t show me that they care about my well-being by having me pay for a years worth of payment with nothing to show in the end. I will admit the installation was good and in a timely manner but I called about getting something to keep the pigeons out which I was told they might do but never got a call back about it. In the end I would’ve been okay with a higher monthly payment to get the total value down and not just pay interest and nothing was explained about the potential pigeon problem that comes with solar panels.

TriSmart is a great company to go solar with. They offer great service and my rep Manuel explained everything in detail. Definitely recommend!
