Air ducts were cleaned throughout the house. An excellent job by Josh. He was polite and respectful as he explained everything he was going to do during this service. Shirley Air sent someone out to diagnose our issue and start repair late in the day due to the nature of our problem. Then sent out another guy a couple of days later to finish the repair. They were thorough, punctual, and very polite and courteous. Greg was nice to talk to and made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and why.
