My issue was not an emergency, but rather a “I don’t think our AC is running properly.” When I called, they were very courteous and professional. We made an appointment for two days later, technician was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. Our AC was fixed/repaired for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend this company. Our A/C went out during 100+ temps. Marcus was the tech that showed up exactly when our appt was scheduled for. He immediately diagnosed the problem & had our A/C running again very quickly. He was very polite & professional the entire time. Would recommend Shirley Air to anyone having hvac problems.
