Above and beyond - I was blown away (quite literally from an AC perspective too) on how honest and trustworthy Shawn is as well as how well he explains the options, recommendations and what I should do. Thank you!!! **edit - June 2023 After additional work - I had Lauro and Beto out to do an amazing job - they explained everything, walked me through, a very complete cleanup, and I will never use any one else after the precedence and high standard they set! They were very honest, efficient and made sure I was aware of all the fixes and enhancements.
