They replaced the unit outside as well as the concrete slab it sits on. They also completely replaced the heating/fan system inside for the first floor moving the return to a better location providing a more efficient system. You know how you're always looking for that hidden gem that's going to do great work, treat you fairly and honestly, and won't overcharge you? That's Duarte's HVAC, the company is family owned and these are GOOD people who go above and beyond for their clients. Their quote for a new unit was $2000 LESS than the other company my home warranty sent out AND they let me know that the other company was overselling me and why the smaller unit would actually be a better option for my apartment. They take the time to properly explain the hows/whys and they are always pleasant and respectful. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this family owned business, if you ever need any repairs or a new system be sure to call them first.
