The inspection guy came out and gave me excellent advise. He knew I had just put a patio in with a roof. The roof was not properly sealed so that is why the ceiling was leaking. He advised I check with contractor, sure enough, it was contractors fault and was repaired by contractor so it was no out of pocket fee, this was also a home warranty call but I won't hesitate to use Pearson every time. Honest and professional and on time! Great communicator as well!! 5 ☆

Mike was fantastic and helped me through the whole process with insurance, inspection, and installation.
