I can not say enough about this great AC company!!! You are choosing the best there is in the business. My 22-month-old AC was out the entire month of July 2023, the hottest month in recorded history. I am 62, have two older small pups, and on SSD for a bone/blood disorder. I had been dealing with Blue Star AC until Dallas Plumbing/Air Pros USA bought them. This is the company I paid to install my Goodman AC. They kept giving me excuse after excuse as to why they could not repair my AC. So I randomly found another AC company - 1st Choice Air Solutions. They were even worse! My contact at that company wouldn't return my calls and when he did call would block his phone number so that I could not call him directly. They even overcharged me, and I am still waiting on the refund. At least the second company did offer a portable AC. But then they wanted to charge me for using it after the fact.
