After receiving a bid from AL&L for the total replacement of all the cast iron sewer piping beneath our slab home that was 1/2 to 2/3rds less than 3 other well-known companies bids, my wife and I were somewhat concerned about what the quality of the work of AL&L might turn out to be. Since I am a perfectionist with construction experience, I decided to go down into the tunnels daily, even though I'm 68, to inspect the quality of their work, both in excavation and in the repiping work. However, I was very impressed with the excavation tunneling work of Juan "Venado" and Mynor Rax and the rest of the crew! Over 115' of tunneling, 3' wide and 4' high with three separate entrance pits. And after the refilling of the tunnels and clean-up at the end of the job, you could hardly tell that there had been three mountains of dirt in the yards!
