AirCo Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing

We're had an AirCo air conditioner for around 15 years and have stayed with them for a new air conditioner because we've been so pleased with their service over the years. After the new unit was installed, we had one or two minor issues come up. I called and spoke with Renee in the office and within 30 minutes, she had called back with an answer and follow up to everything I had asked about. She went above and beyond to help and it's so nice to work with a company that you don't have to keep calling back about issues. Our salesman Brian, the crew that installed the air conditioner, Jennifer and especially Renee in the office, Miguel, and Christopher who cleaned the ducts in our home afterwards were all wonderful, polite, and professional to work with. We highly recommend this company because of the excellent customer care and products they install. I highly recommend AirCo for any air conditioning needs and care.

AirCo provided fast and efficient service with great results in repairing my aging air conditioning unit which had failed during this awful heat wave. I'm an old man with heart issues and needed such help quickly. AirCo's technician, Alberto Martinez, arrived early and did a magnificent job of bringing our old ac unit back to life and providing an excellent analysis afterward. Transparency was second to none. The cost was worth every penny.

Arturo arrived within time frame Provided. Explained everything in simple terms, provided pictures and explanations for malfunctioning unit. Professional, organized and cleaned up after himself. Provided estimate before any work was done and completed work on invoice. No surprises or games. I would recommend Arturo and AirCo in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!!!!!
