Josh came out today to see why our house was 90°... he was very professional and easy to talk to as well. We had our HVAC system replaced in 2002 by AirCo and have only used them for maintenance etc. Well, it's about time to do it again... Texas summers!! So, now we're discussing how to move forward with that. Paul explained our options in great, easy to understand details. I wouldn't call anyone else. They were great in every aspect from the word go. For now, at least, our house is cooler and we have a little more time to decide what we're going to do. Service: A/C system repair
Arturo arrived within time frame Provided. Explained everything in simple terms, provided pictures and explanations for malfunctioning unit. Professional, organized and cleaned up after himself. Provided estimate before any work was done and completed work on invoice. No surprises or games. I would recommend Arturo and AirCo in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!!!!!
The team was very helpful in resolving my issue. I had a bad capacitor which caused my AC to not cool in the peak 2023 summer.
