I called Sunday afternoon it was 90 in my house air would not turn on. Told them I was in my 70's. They said they would send a technician Wow 21 min. later I got the text. he was on his way. Austin took care of it fast explained everything to me that happened. He was very nice went right to work on problem after he asked question. I was very pleased recommend then highly.
