He is a true professional, courteous, knowledgeable and answered our questions as well as setting up the thermostat wi-fi connection so we could see what's going on in our house. Absolutely dissatisfied. The tech, Fernando Cuevas, first, came an hour thirty minutes late around 5:50pm. He appeared like he was forced or did not want to be here at this time. Absolutely, hostile and combative from the time I opened the door. I was extremely patient with him and every command he gave me. Went upstairs with him and heme to pull the attic door string for him, I told him he was taller than me. So he reached and pulled it. He murmured complaints for about every little thing from the attic space, to how the windows were hot allowing heat, to how the unit outside was unclean. He literally spent less than ten (10) mins and packed and left. I felt cheated. He wouldn’t check the second unit outside because according to him I needed to pay another diagnostic fee. I was never told I will pay separate diagnostic fees for two units. Long story short, after ten minutes of rumbling and murmuring complaints, Fernando left the way he came.
