Late Friday, 09/08/2023 my home air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. After calling and being dismissed from an AC Company I had a maintenance contract with, I called Calverley. I was scheduled for 12-4 PM the next day, but was moved, with my consent, to 4-9 PM because of a very busy repair schedule. I frequently called Karley Simmons/Customer Service for updates. Karley was always friendly, professional, and honest. Karley went above my expectations when she found and emailed me Maintenance Membership Plan information. Sam Hernandez/AC Technician was friendly, professional, and honest, explaining how he was troubleshooting the AC System. Quickly finding issue, Sam gave me options for part replacement. After discussing maintenance membership options, I purchased the Member Plus annual maintenance plan. Although having my home swelter in hot Texas temperatures for a day was uncomfortable, I can honestly say the repair and service saved the day. I highly recommend Calverley
Tim and his associate were great at explaining the issues we were having and what all of our options were. Their advantage program is very attractive and makes sense for a majority of the people. Called them on a Wednesday, they came out on Thursday and our new system will be in on Friday. Very pleased!
Joe, conducted a leak detection inspection on our house because we received a letter from the city telling us that our meter indicated that our water was running continuously for 72 hours. He was able to easily identify and correct the problem. He was very professional and explained everything. Highly recommend!
