I got involved with this company about 5 or 6 years ago. The AC in our house was only about 5 years old. I don't remember how I got involved with one of the sons or maybe the only son of the owner of the AC company before it changed its name to Comfort Experts. He told me I needed to change out my unit because the builder had installed a cheap unit. He said they sold these great units that had proved to be an excellent unit. I fell for it and replaced a perfectly good unit. He then informed me that they had a service I could purchase that would move me to the top of the line in case I needed service. Of course, the way he spoke you would think I did not need it because the unit was so great, why would I ever need service. It has something to do with the twice-a-year checkup. Well as it has turned out we need service almost every month. The unit they installed is the worst AC unit I have ever owned. There is something wrong with the unit almost every month. These are not small things. T
