The technician told me what has happened and what the likely cause could be and I have some knowledge of how the cooling system works because I had been doing some of the minor things on it. But overall I was completely satisfied with the process. Service: Repair HVAC
Called when we realized the A/C wasn't working they got us scheduled and the technician showed up on time. He had A/C working in under 30 minutes Price was reasonable considering this was all done after hours and on the weekend
When my Air conditioner was not cooling and it was close to 90 degrees in my home. I was able to get a same day appointment. And the part that was needed was found and installed the next day. Tech was curtious of my home always wearing shoes covers. And all debris was picked up and taken with him. I could not have asked for a better experience with this company.
