I have been using Augie for the past couple of years since my neighbor had recommended him. My air conditioning compressor locked up on me a few weeks ago so I gave Augie a call to get the unit checked out and new unit quoted. Augie was able to come out less than an hour later to have a look at both of my units. He let me know that the second unit was still running very well for its age. He then had multiple quotes for different units to me by the end day to replace the faulty unit. He worked with me to find the best unit to fit my budget and needs. He and his crew were out the next day to install the new system. His crew made sure to lay down tarps to protect the floor and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of installation. Most of all, I didn’t have to wait a week or a few days later to fix my unit. Augie did the work on the same night and or the next day.
