My wife and I initially contacted Lon Smith roofing to quote water damage repairs to our office and garage. Our Rep, Chris Janecka, took it upon himself to investigate further. He found that our roof was not constructed with the best quality. For this reason, he worked with our insurance company to get us covered for a brand new roof. All he was asked to do was simple, but he gave do much more, and it gets better. Instead of just giving us a like for like roof, he educated us on a benefit from our insurance company that we did not even know they offered. If we got an upgraded roof for high wind and hail, that we would get an additional 25% reduction off our homeowner's policy for the life of the roof. The savings alone will pay for the upgrades in just over 2 years. After that, those savings continually go in our pockets. Again, he was not required to do any of this, but he did it anyway. Bart from Lon Smith roofing was excellent. He walked me through my roof’s issues step by step and took pictures while up there so that I could see exactly what the issues were. He was prompt and courteous. I needed a few small repairs because of a roof leak and shingles that had blown off. He came out same day I requested it.
