He was quick and efficient, and helped us beyond the repair to contacting the people who will help us assess water damage. Will definitely use him as our plumber again. Clinton Walker (Mr. Rooter) in Ft. Worth did a Fantastic Job!!! He was very people friendly, he actually listened to what my Husband & I had to say before he started asking questions!! He was very Professional & Efficient. The price that was quoted was a lot better than 3 other plumbing places I had called. Truly listening and not assuming is a Great Quality to have in Customer Service. He was very Polite & very Knowledgeable in his profession. Patrick was great. He was very smart and well experienced. He did a fantastic job. My issue was that when I called to make the appointment they did not inform me that they don’t do roof clean outs. That would have been helpful before canceling an appointment with another company. My negative review had nothing to do with the plumber.
