He arrived on time, communicated before during and after the service and did a complete and thorough job of inspecting, recommending and explaining all the items he discovered. Additionally, he was able to provide a clear description of what each of the components in the system did and how to make them work their best. I never felt pressured or rushed and Dane was very patient and knowledgeable as he answered all of my questions. I would not hesitate to use them again, but also recommend them.
