The absolute best experience we have ever had when needing a quick fix for our suddenly malfunctioning air conditioning units. The tech who checked our system was thorough and explained the cause of every problem we were experiencing. When we were weighing the options of a new system or repairs, we were amazed at the improvements now available and the many guarantees offered by “One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating.” Our new units arrive tomorrow about 36 hours after our call to report our miserably hot house. The man who explained the sales options was great—even offering to bring us a window unit to cool the bedroom overnight and offering to bring us a meal. The technician,Wiley Fulkerson, was kind, honest, and highly professional. The company is extremely lucky to have Wiley as an employee ! My A/C went out at 10:00 PM on one of the hottest nights we've had in North Texas, and One Hour was the only company that responded to me out of numerous called. I'm so grateful and definitely recommend both Wiley and One Hour!

At first I was satisfied with the technician and salesman until it was time for bed and it got hotter than before we called. Fortunately my daughter is a handyman and was able to assess the issue and got the unit working again. I was told we needed a new condenser and to recharge the unit. The technician stated that it would cost $1000.00 a pound to recharge it but they did not carry that type of Freon due to it being so expensive. I normally pay my normal a/c guy $20 a pound to charge it which was a shock at first. My usual a/c technician has already recommended a new unit but he has been so understanding due to the economy. I couldn’t afford a new one at the time. So when I was told my unit is 20+ years old and I would need a new one I was open for a quote and schedule for next day installation.
