Twice David has came to fix my heater. Has both times done an amazing job, he is honest and explained everything to me thoroughly. Will definitely call him again if an issue ever comes up and would recommend him 100%!!!!! Services: Heating system repair, Heating system maintenance
My wife and I bought a new (to us) home and had some questions and concerns about our systems. David from Thompson’s came to our house to look over our systems. He was super friendly and courteous, highly knowledgeable and did a fantastic job addressing our concerns. I will definitely call again for future cooling and heating needs.
Of course, at the most inconvenient time, weatherwise, the compressor in one of my Heat Pumps - the biggest one, of course - failed. I contacted Thompson's and they responded very quickly, diagnosed the problem - a failed compressor. Given the age of the Heat Pump, I decided to replace the unit. Thompson's located a new unit, removed the old unit and installed its replacement professionally, and most importantly, quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Thompson's to anyone!
