Quality, responsive and honest. Noticed a water stain on the ceiling. Roof is typical shingle design 15 years old. First contractor looked in the attic and inspected the room. Said we had several leaks and needed a new roof ~$14K. Called Brinkman and their inspector visited within 2 days of call. Went in the attack and told me to climb just to the top of the ladder. There was an obvious large hole where the roof vent cover was no longer present. He said the rest was fine and roof should last another 3 to 5 years. Repair 3 days later for $700.

I did my research on local roofing companies before I contacted a few, including Brinkmann. Todd came as scheduled, climbed to the roof to inspect, explained to me the products the company offered, and generated a quote shortly for I had in mind(duration roof). Their price was competitive, and one strong point is that they would use manual nailing rather than nailer. Since I also wanted to repaint my house and I asked for a quote for painting as well. Todd sent a contractor (Ismall) a few days later to inspect my house. Long story short, I and Todd reached a combined price agreement a few weeks later ( delay due to my out of country travel). Ismall started the painting job the following week, and did a thorough and wonderful job(he is thus highly recommended as well), Jessica was flexible in scheduling the roof installation and everything was on schedule, including materials delivery and installation crew show up, there was a slight delay on the day of installation due to brief rain

We found out we had a roof problem after a hard rain and finding wet carpet inside. Since more rain was expected, they were quick to come out and give an estimate and were able to repair before the next rain storm. The repairman, Artemio, was very friendly and explained what he was doing. Did a great job and cleaned up the yard before leaving. We were very pleased with their service!!
