AC went out early morning on a Sunday. Googled who was available 24/7 in my area and NXGen popped up. Called and the lady who answered was very nice despite having to take a call at 6am. They were able to fit me in for service/repair same day and within a decent time frame. Mr. Tony was my tech and was super nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely use NXGen again! This company is incompetent. They were so friendly and helpful when the A/C system needed to be replaced and then 15 months later, we find that that the motor in the A/C was not installed correctly. The A/C started making this awful noise and after we had another contractor come out, we found out that it was installed wrong. It caused $1,000 in damage on a system that was less than a year and a half old. It should have lasted years!! I will never use them again and I will tell everyone to use Hal Watson!! Nxgen takes amazing care of their customers and gives high quality service and products. Our A/C went out and I was struggling in an 85+ degree house due to being pregnant. A few days later we called NxGen — they came out the same day and prioritized us due to my pregnancy. They put us in a nice hotel so we would be comfortable and finished installing a complete new system by 12pm the next day. They didn't have the unit we needed in stock so they upgraded us for the same price. Within 5 min of turning the AC on, our house was cooled. They even walked around to make sure each room was getting the right amount of AC and got rid of any hot spots. They also gave us a smart thermostat we can control from our phone. They keep following up to make sure everything is working perfect. Kamarin was extremely kind to us and we couldn't be more thankful for finding this company.
