February 2023: Cole was dispatched and was swift with his troubleshooting. Within a few minutes, he identified the problem, communicated the options for fixing, kept me informed of the pricing and progress, and cleaned up his area after he was finished. This is why I choose frisco electric day in and day out! July 2021: Curren and Jordan totally changed the exterior of our home. They installed an entry way light on an exterior ceiling that was well over 20 feet. They installed security lighting as well as uplighting on a large tree. Throughout the project they kept me informed on how things were progressing, if anything was going to be extra, and confirmed with me that everything was working prior to starting the next project. Curren actually made 2 trips and he was very thorough and honest both times. From the estimate process to confirming the day before/day of the arrival times, I was extremely happy with my experience.
