We were having an issue with partial power outage in two of three bedrooms, plus a bathroom, where none of the lights/fans were working and some outlets worked but others didn't. After we tried everything we could think of on our own, we reached out to Frisco Electric for help. Vanessa was wonderful in making additional suggestions that we could also try on our end, before paying to have a tech come out. After exhausting those options too, we called back and Vanessa was able to get us in remarkably quick, on the Friday before Christmas Eve. Kevin came out to look at our issue, arriving right on time when we were expecting him. He was able to very quickly identify what the issue was stemming from, make the fix, and also helped me understand what had happened so that if it happens in another part of the house in the future, I'll know what to do on my own to fix it. Had a 50amp Generator interlock switch installed with breaker and an inlet on opposite side of garage. Kevin came out and did a great job and answered any questions I had about the service and then went over operation afterwards. Very pleased and I look forward to having some lights installed soon.
