Robert helped us to flush our water heater but he not only showed me how to do it on my own next year, but also checked out a couple of other things in the house!and gave me a lot of insights regarding all our Moen faucets. He practiced safety all the way through the process and left everything clean and dry. I highly recommend Porpoise plumbing.

Robert is the guy. He is professional and friendly. My situation is that a shower faucet cartridge needed to be replaced, but the faucet screw was so stripped that I couldn't do it myself. Robert came, same-day service, and within a short amount of time, the screw problem got fixed and the cartridge got replaced professionally!
