I contacted them for a free roof inspection. Fast and professional response. Said my roof could use some caulking and (re)sealing in a few spots, but wanted almost $300 for what was most likely less than 1 hour of work (and said that price already included a discount). Their estimate says $65 per hour for non-warranty work (which this was) with a minimum of 2 hours but they wanted almost $300. I thought that was high for the amount of work and did not use them, went with T-Rock instead. Minus one star for cost. Service: Roof inspection
