Michael's Comfort Conditioning

We called Michael’s Comfort on a Sunday morning after our AC went out the previous night. They responded and came out within 2 hours. Joe was our technician. He came out and diagnosed our problem, but he was unable to repair it because he had concerns about our wiring and advised us to contact an electrician. He did not charge us a service fee, nor would he accept a tip. We had an electrician come out and repair our electrical problems. We called Joe after the repairs were completed, expecting to be told we would have to schedule an appointment for the next day. Much to my surprise, he came back out within the hour. He repaired what he thought would correct our problem, but it turned out to be more than what he thought it was. He took the time to explain everything to my husband, and answered all of our questions. We decided to have our unit replaced. AC unit stopped cooling. First contractor told me it needed to be replaced at a hefty $8,000. Michael took the time to investigate the issue and was able to fix for a few hundred. Will be my go hvac company from now on! Service: A/C system repair
