I never actually got their work done so I can’t say anything on their quality all I can talk about was trying to hire them. I reached out to get my kitchen sink replaced. They were friendly, responsive and came out a few days later. The day after they came they had to come back to remeasure saying the position of the faucet makes it harder and they’ll send me sink options that match my measurements. Weeks went by, I never heard from them. I reached back out after the long time period and they said they’d search around, but again I never heard back. I wasted so much time waiting when I could’ve gone with another contractor who would’ve taken the job as a priority.

Luis Perez, Owner of Skilled Hands Home Improvements, did an excellent job on the projects that I needed to do at my residence. Project # 1 - Installation of a Water Softener, I contacted other plumbing places and their quotes were too high. I contacted Luis and his price was very honest and reasonable that I contracted him to do the job. The installation was flawless without any issues. Project # 2 - I needed an istallation of a ceiling rack in My garage to keep it organized. I was very pleased with the excellent work that he did and he even accomodated some boxes on the racks. Project # 3 - My home theater Riser. He built the riser from scratch and did a beautiful job in the design. His wife designed the 3D floor plan and he built it according to specs.
