PUNCTUALITY. The 1st visit was the free estimate for the works that needed to be done. Boom, Luis was at my house 09am as agreed, I couldn’t believe it. Then the agreed date and time, Holy Cow he was at my door with his coworker (wife). That sealed the deal. The work needed to be done and then some was done to my 100% satisfaction. Before they left I asked him if going forward I could be his customer and we both hugged and shook hands. I have finally found GOLD in Luis and Marina as my HANDYMAN FOREVER. Thank you guys me and my wife love you and keep up the good work ???????? Luis Perez, Owner of Skilled Hands Home Improvements, did an excellent job on the projects that I needed to do at my residence. Project # 1 - Installation of a Water Softener, I contacted other plumbing places and their quotes were too high. I contacted Luis and his price was very honest and reasonable that I contracted him to do the job. The installation was flawless without any issues. Project # 2 - I needed an istallation of a ceiling rack in My garage to keep it organized. I was very pleased with the excellent work that he did and he even accomodated some boxes on the racks. Project # 3 - My home theater Riser. He built the riser from scratch and did a beautiful job in the design. His wife designed the 3D floor plan and he built it according to specs.
