I cannot say good enough things about Winstead Plumbing. They are honest and they really care. We had a real problem that was difficult to figure out. The owner, Jeff, spent complete days trying to help figure it out until it was fixed. He even came on the weekend. He really cares. If you want a great experience with a capable, honest company, then Winstead is for you! I used this company once in 2015 but recently someone named Macy keeps calling and leaving messages about an unpaid invoice from 11/2022. I haven't used their service since 2015 and moved out of state so I thought they must've mixed up my old info with someone else's and I called to let them know they were either being scammed or something was wrong with their system. The woman from their company was very rude and was convinced I was in the wrong by not paying their invoice. She was unwilling to listen and basically decided I was lying from just a phone number that was given to them. At the end I just told her to remove my information from their system and to never call me again. So beware when you give them your information, they might accuse you of not paying for an invoice from a job that you never asked them to do.

I will never use any other plumbing company. Professional & respectful. Cleaned up completely, the service men went over and above. Thank you feom the bottom of my heart! BD Service: Drain cleaning
