Madison was very nice and professional. She got me scheduled right away and even made changes to help accommodate me with a earlier time. My service contractor Tana Bushnell was on time,professional and knowledgeable. He found the issue and explained what happened. I fully trust Artic Air Company, the owner and staff are great and so helpful. In August 2020, another A/C company came when my unit quit. That one told me it was not fixable, prepared a quote to install a new one, but I didn't commit then as he expected. Fortunately I found Artic Air, Scott came, and Scott quickly diagnosed and solved the problem right away at little cost of service call. That saved me tremendous cost. I've had him come yearly since then. Both he and the serviceman, Tana, are both knowledgeable and trustworthy. They are good at diagnosing the true problem and fixing it when needed.
