Our AC went out and I tried everything I could to fix it, including replacing the capacitor. When all else failed, I called Arctic. Maddison answered the phone and was super friendly and accommodating, finding an opening the next afternoon, mid heat wave. Tana Bushnell called when he was on the way. He arrived before I got home and immediately got to work, calling me once he found the problem. When I got home, he was wrapping up and provided me with a payment link for simplicity and a military discount! He was timely, quick, efficient, friendly and respectful. My A/C quit working in the middle of 100+ weather. I was also showing my house to sell. I felt sure I would have to wait weeks to get even an appointment. They came out the next day! They kept me informed when they would be and the status of the repair. My A/C now works great.
