Sosa Services installed a water heater professionally and in a timely manner after contacting them about our leaking water heater. I was impressed with our installer, Lydia, and her co-worker for their work and willingness to explain the features of the new water heater. Also worthy of mention, is the responsiveness of the office to questions and timely messages of when to expect technicians. After the installation, we experienced low water pressure in several indoor faucets. Lydia quickly diagnosed the problem as fine gravel trapped in the faucet heads and promptly fixed the problem. We had replaced flooring in the primary bathroom and the toilet flange was too high for the base of the toilet. I had had another response stating that we would have to have the flange cut and a new one put in which was looking to be expensive. I called SOSA Services and they came out and they had a better solution which I was pleased with and they were able to fix and put the toilet in fully seated correctly.
